In fact, I already had and have a few Thedis leather jackets, but when it comes to laser straight stitching, his leather jackets cannot be surpassed. Also not from FW etc. the thickness of the seams used are another matter...- 58panheadfan

As far as I know, RMC had serious problems with the quality of their leather jackets about 3-4 years ago. Unfortunately, I don't know how it looks today... I didn't have any such faults with my RMC jackets.- 58panheadfan

Custom cross zip Muholland style jacket, a 10 step guide…

In fact, I've had my hands on countless leathers/jackets over the years and three leathers in particular stood out for me: This steerhide from Himel, the Shinki HH uses in my Brakeman from FW and the Sheepskin from the B-6 from Eastman... but as always, this is of course a personal matter.- 58panheadfan

As mentioned in the WAYWT thread, I absolutely love the American chrome re veg tan Oak Steerhide. The pictures speak volumes: The color changes like a chameleon, from shades of brown to muddy depending on the sunlight... The twist in the jacket also gives it an extremely comfortable fit!- 58panheadfan
