I'm neither an expert nor a tailor, but from a logical point of view it makes sense the tighter a jacket is cut in hip section, the less flare there is.
Btw: Your Jacket doesn't have the typical X-cut of crossed zipped Jackets, so the flare is probably not that dominant for this reason.
Here...
Another factor to the mentioned front panels is how v-taper the Jacket is cut. In my opinion, the Eastman Roadstar is currently the most "aggressive" Jacket in this regard and has little to no flare... but the cut of the Jacket is not wearable for every body type.
Take it easy my friend... but going back and forth won't get you anywhere. And stick one's neck out, especially in a public Forum should be able to take some criticism. ;)
When I read the back and forth from the OP like this, I unfortunately have the fear that it won't work in another three years... it is therefore a complete waste of time answering the OP's questions (what I haven't done and won't do), just my 2cents.
LOL, yes and still spoken very clearly without an accent, there are regions in the swiss mountains that speak a dialect that is almost impossible to understand...
This reminds me a lot of a thread I opened a long time ago with the question: Either you have style or you don't... ;)
@Marc mndt your statement spontaneously reminds me of a swiss singer Bligg (funny video too) who took up this theme in one of his songs in "schwyzerdütsch".
Here the English...
That might not fit into this thread, but the constant questioning about "fit check" or "how does it look" is completely superfluous. Here too, do your homework: a look in the Mirror, advice in a specialist shop or the opinion of the old lady says more than 1000 words. I can't remember the forum...
I think there is no point in further discussing this with the OP. He has now received so much input from experienced forum members... now he has to do his home work. For me, such treads are actually just a waste of time... the OP has his pros and cons for every input, he should first think about...
Thank you @Will Zach The leather is really awesome, I'm actually not really a lover of heavier leather but with this CXLFQHH Horween and ultimately also Aero did an extraordinary job. It's not as heavy as other CXL leathers I have handled, I think it's from the newer lighter pile. In terms of...
NLFS, as with the ELMC Roadstar, I have decided to keep this jacket in stock. I apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused... the leather alone is worth it!
Dear @Marc mndt and @TREEMAN in fact, I'm happy myself no one took advantage of the tempting offer. If I had been offered such a Jacket at these conditions and I had the need for, I would have bought it within seconds. But joking aside, sometimes, as already mentioned, I get funny thoughts...
NLFS, sometimes I'm a little rushed with my intention to sell and then if someone doesn't take up my offer right away then I reconsider the sale again carefully so this jacket is no longer for sale, sorry for any inconvenience may be caused.
