A piece I did to help inspire my niece through her cancer treatment.
Since she is a little surfer I did this one for the back of a fundraiser t-shirt for her. She got to keep the original piece.
She & I have been collaborating together. She does the clothing designs and I put them on a...
I know he has a new site that I think is just leather jackets now. Dug on his crusher caps, but even then I think they were out of my price range.
Sterkowski has one that is "close". Just could do without the decoration on the peak. Of course I could contact them and see if they would be...
I couldn't be happier with this.
I dig on their styles. Finally found those caps that aren't the usual Aegean Greek Fishermans cap, or some of the shoddy stuff you might find in a more touristy hat establishment. Made to order so they take a little longer to get, but well worth the wait. I am...
Got my Sterkowski Maciejowka Cap today! Couldn't be happier with it. Ordered the 58cm instead of the 59cm (which is my usual size), a perfect fit out of the box. I will post some pics here in the next day or two. Need to "train" it a little so it will drape the way I want it to without any fuss...
it was King Kong (2005) that got me into wanting one of these style of hats, along with an old photo in Germany circa 1923.
Would still like to get this one though.
I've seen too many that are close, but not close enough. Cheap ones, and some good ones, but not spot on. Most have some...
Very Nice! I like it. Mine just shipped yesterday and has already passed through customs. Left New Jersey and is on it's way. Soon, soon!:)
Cheers!

I think this one fits here too.
An unanimated talk on education.
I have to say I dig on his talks, and really agree with him. It makes perfect sense to me.
Cheers!

Going bac to education for a moment... These videos of speaker Sir Ken Robinson are a tad older, but mostly still ring very true, if not mores today.
Cheers!

The ones that Zombie_61 posted are Hat Peoples Full Cut. They have an Extra Full Cut that really has a lot of extra material. I have one in a very light summer weight wool that I had picked up at Portland's Saturday Market. It's not an everyday hat for me, but when my inner muse is active I seem...
So many losses to cancer this week, but this one I found quite desperately sad. So many roles to choose from, but my all time favorite of his was as Ed in The January Man. Showed of some comedy with him.
Strangely enough, a good friend of mine, who happens to be a Harry Potter fan and a...
Ah thank you!:)
I have one of their Biker caps as well, the eight panel version. I had misjudged the European sizing and ordered my usual size 59. Fits more like a 60. A little safety pin work and it fits perfectly now. It is one of my usual go to hats in my rotations.
Looking forward to...
I own several of their caps. I like what I have. There is no stiffener in the bill and it is not stitched down so you can get a variety of looks out of one hat. The sweat band is fabric and I believe they come with a safety pin in their label tag. There is a little pocket in the back of their...
I've seen one like that put out by Hat People in Oregon. They call it a Peoples Hat or Sport hat.

Sterkowski makes one like it too.

I've run across one that doesn't have the USN stencil on it. All the same jacket, just sans the stencil. Just may work out. It has the grey liner. If I find one with the brown liner I may have to pull the trigger sooner.
Cheers!
