Im really happy for you, it must be a wonderful feeling.
It really looks like a perfect fit, but you know this already.
What I like the most is the contrast stitching, the lining and offcourse the total look and style of the jacket.
Im not a fan of the straps on the cuffs tho, I guess it...
I just wore mine for a while so that I found the sweetspot, and then I removed the little "roller" - doubled them back and superglued them in place. Has hold for a couple of years but need a re-glue soon.
Im not joking....you never look underneath the doubleback anyway so..
So it stands up, it kinda dont look like it from the pictures, but I think I understand how the hide feels now. As you say its gonna take years for it to become soft for real.
I think it looks beautiful.
The problem with 2.5 is that it is the absolute minimum, and since they have a 0.5" margin of error that could end up with only 2" longer on the final product. This is what happened to me, I gave a shortest possible spec and it ended up 0.5" shorter then that. :o
(really nice jeans btw, but...
Its the same pictures with the same background as before, maybe they just didnt have it up for a while. I almost bought this before I got samples of it, and I went with the aged tan steer instead.
It looks super special in the pics but it is just "white" medium weight horse that I personally...
wow it looks amazing!!! .....i hate you :D
J/k, but it looks kinda soft at the same time as thick, is this correct? Can you describe the feeling some? Is it hard or is it almost comfy?
I would also add 3" in the front and back.
I would ask them how much longer a 40 and 42 is, and if they are 2.5" longer then adding 0.5" to that wont throw off the pattern, but if they are only 1" longer.........I would count my money before ordering one.
Yeah I have the tan steer but a light hide. It looks like they have a new heavier hide that is also not as orange in color.
I would just ask for samples and then decide on a jacket and send an email after the order with information about your measurements and how you want it to fit.
I didn't stuff my inside pockets at all. In fact I only ever had a small cellphone in the FQHH highwayman.
It should be obvious that its the pocket panel that is coming through. I don't have anything in my caferacer, and I'm sure Aero doesn't have stuffed pockets on that model caferacer but...
I don't have a problem with the button, I have a "problem" with the panels, on both inside and outside pockets.
Specially since wear will come around the panel and make it stand out even more.
Altho I haven´t really decided if it is a problem, the fact is that it shows through often.
Maybe it depends on how snug the jacket is.
Look at my avatar picture, you can clearly see the front pockets through the hide.
You can also see it on my FQHH jacket very clearly:
