I want to sell my Aero Leathers 1930`s halfbelt oilpull midweight horsehide jacket.
It is a standard size 40 with just a little extra in the length. Its 24.5" backlength, ans has a touch longer arms to get a certain look.
I was after someting like BruceWillis jacket in the arms:
Pic is here...
The color looks very nice, but I also see the wood is a different color so it might not be really true. I dont like the cross grain tho, but it looks like a perfect fadecolor.
Great that the jacket is getting some wear. Happy to hear it.
I was making bows and arrows on the side as a hobby. But since I got the tendon inflamatin I had to quit both that and my job as a head chef and reschool, and so I chose IT-Security since computers and telecomunication is my other...
Yes the Gustin backpockets fit a big wallet. They arent the biggest either, but my kinda huge nudie wallet goes all in there. It doesnt in my Levis because the pocket is so wide it makes the wallet kinda tilts and a corner is sticking up.
Yeah mine are the 501 STF selvedge. I got them on 50%...
Hehe :D yeah but I would be very happy for 2 polos, then I can use them at work.
Well the indy/indy is not gonna fade. I washed the leftover piece after hemming in warm water and its completely black. They might fade some after alot of use, but I think its better to use these as black and then...
Hmm no mention of the jacket that I wore for you for almost 20 years to give you sucha special patina??
Hehe just kidding.
Welcome back.
I can relate to being sick since I got tendon inflammation and couldnt longer make bows or arrows, and I was the norwegian master bowyer and arrow...
I also wore my STF wet, by the book. But....mine are both STF and selvedge. Arent yours?
I like them because its a classic pattern and an icon of sorts (not how they are done nowdays, but the idea) but they are very wierd, wide hems and legs and get the biggest knees ever, yet they are so tight...
Yes after first long wear, mine didnt have very pronounced fades, but after 3-4 washes they were pretty good. (the second to fourth wash were maybe some months apart)
I hope you dont mean "indigo/indigo" as the ones I just got? They arent like normal jeans and will not fade as such. Its...
The more you wear them before first wash, the more contrasting fades you will get. This is because the wrinkles are in the same place making wear on the exact same places. After wash, the creases are "reset" and might appear in new places making you have to start the wear all over again. Also...
I backed the Grey Ember Flanel in Large.
Thanks for all the referals.
Here is the link again :D (after matthisfaceisfurry)

To me, anything below 14oz is out. Unless Its a special color.
These looks good though, if you need a "normal" color from one of the epic mills then they look great. I would think they wont look very different from normal jeans apart from a little more fuzzy that you can see on this pic:
They...
I saw on the Gustin site people discussing the color of the Jade. I need to see pics before I know what they really are. Im waiting for the naturals :D
I will surely post my impressions on the straights when they arrive, but It might take time since they arent even shiped yet.
I managed to hem mine on my Singer woho.
I like mine long outside with shoes, but I hate to step on them inside when I have no shoes on. And since I have 2 kids there is always stuff on the floor even tho I try to keep it clean and it all sticks to the jeans if they go under your foot.
So I...
I got my indigo/indigo yesterday.
They are crazy stiff. This is the stiffest jeans I have ever had.
I was gonna hem them myself but have now serious doubt that i can do it.
The construction is good on the verge to great. Why its not flat out great is because there were some wierd stitching in...
I like alot of their shirts and would be happy to have almost all of them to casual work at the office. But with VAT they are just too expensive. I have one on order and will probably snag one now and then when I like it, but its not possible to build up a collection with the total price being...
I got mine, but I have to pay some VAT-money to get them out so I´ll do it Thursday the earliest.
Btw I had a conversation with one of the Gustin founders about replacing my shirt and somewhere he said "we really wanna help" and I replied that if they really wanna help they should look into...
It looks great, I love front yokes.
If its as stiff as my goatskin cheyenne then I had to completely wet the collar back and front with warm water to be able to mold it.
My front wanted to swing out but here it was enough with holding a wet (not dripping) warm towel against the area, mold and...
