The 4 pocket front/pocket placement/cuff design/waist band with side adjusters and front snap definitely is uncanny. The back design looks very functional too. The leather looks very good on this piece as well! Thanks for sharing
Medium looks great on you. That shoulder dimpling will go away with wear and when the leather molds to your form. The dimpling can also be caused by a badly shaped hanger so make sure to get a proper one that will support the shoulders so it doesn't deform your jacket.
Looks nice and trim in the body and yes maybe just a little bit on the long side. I think it's a look in itself and will work well especially if you don't tuck your shirt. How does the back look?
If only i didn't have a similar looking brown service boots! Dang that's an absolutely a unit of a boot! The thickness on that is surreal! Goodluck with sale @Robbie79
No prob, I only learned about the leather through you anyways and Holly was kind enough to share its background and send me a sample. I also think the seal Kelpie is good looking, it's between this leather and the russet badalassi if I get a trucker from Aero.
@Robbie79 you have been the badalassi resource! I love that you have one in almost every color offering haha
@borisna Aero has ordered a small batch for test jackets, it will arrive at their factory in 4 weeks. Robbie has a black one in a CHP style jacket
Would have been cooler to get the 6 speed WRX with the turbo spools and the blow off valve noises being quite a hoot but they are not the most comfortable of rides. The forester is a little pedestrian but it's quite roomy and yes very practical.
I was daily driving a 2005 C320 V6 6 speed until about a month ago when it finally gave up on me but it was fun to drive while I had it.
@AeroFan_07 that Si has served you well!
@dudewuttheheck I almost got the WRX as well but eventually went with a Forester which makes better sense for going...
Badalassi is definitely easy to wear and the leather is so rich and it's only getting better with wear. The sleeves on my jacket has slightly darkened and the creases/rolls looks great. I love Badalassi so much I ordered one in black as well and will probably order one in russet too. Still can't...
@technovox not sure about upcharge, hope it's just standard cost like cxl/jerky HH/goatskin/oil pull, as far as i know the only in-house leather they upcharge for is the suede they use for the majestic half belt.
Kelpie under the noon time sun. The green is starting to be more noticeable, the...
I haven't owned a Vicenza yet but I did have a test jacket from Thurston Bros and I feel they are fairly similar in thickness.
Holly at Aero is on vacation so that's probably why, Christina is the one helping out with orders until Holly gets back on Monday.
I got more photos here too. The Seal...
