    this is one of the best mixed group shots of people in early 20s British clothing i've found. according to the seller it shows the ship 'The Glen Gower' which operated from 1922 between Swansea and Ilfracombe. this picture was taken when the boat was very new and may have even been its inaugural...

    p.s. I'd say a 9.5 is more like a UK10, so suggest safely going for half a size down, but ask the seller for measurements if you're in doubt.
