Close! Steel felt (a dark grey with a blueish cast to it). The granite has a little more brown twinge to it. Ribbon wise, I think we called it a "blue metal" color (basically a steel blue (slatey grey blue).

Don’t fear the hat, just think of how silly people look without one. I too was self-conscious when I first started but now few a bit naked when I rush out to work without it (or a proper flat cap).
