EDIT: Duh, I just scrolled through to the seller's measurement pics.
Where did you see that p2p? As I read it, he only had the waist taken in and not the chest. Thurston list it as:
Size 42
Back length--25.5 inches
Sleeve length--26 inches
Pit-to-pit--22 inches
Shoulder--18.5 inches...
Great info, thanks! I am considering a pair of Midas engineers in Badalassi now. The instep looks a little high, but the rest of the proportions look a lot better than some of the Indo boots I’ve seen.
EDIT: Midas don’t do wide sizes :(
And congratulations on the upcoming wedding, too!
There are a few here that I hadn't heard of (and I used to spend a lot of time in Indonesia):

Does anyone here have experience with Midas?
That's helpful, thanks. So woodsman and logger have a sweeping curve, while the packer is like a western/Cuban straight angle?

I'm not sure if I should ask...
Looking for a little advice, folks:

But there are a couple of small complaints I have that keep nagging me...
Quicksilver five pocket cords have a nice cut - higher waist and a true straight leg. Construction is mediocre and the fabric isn’t that tough, but for the price they are pretty good.
Hahah. Right you are. I’ve lived in Texas for nearly 14 years, but I obviously still struggle with basic directions. How did I ever survive before GPS???
