My customer experience with Aero Leather: What's happening?

You could look at the Board Racer instead. It's a less tapered fit than the Café Racer, and might be a bit more forgiving in the belly.

    Best warm leather jackets?

Schott do leather puffer jackets in cowhide (brown) and lambskin (black). I don't know if they'd be to this forum's aesthetic, but I suspect that they'd be warm.

Looking at a couple possibilities...need some feedback (jacket).

The natural would darken up over time, so that's not so much of an issue. However, I'd go for Blackened Brown for the second shade if I was doing a two-tone Vicenza jacket.

How about an Aero version of the Greedo? Olive Vicenza sleeves and collar, with a natural body.

    Something new at Good Wear?

Glad to help. I'm pretty certain that Aero, Bill Kelso, Simmons Bilt and Thedi could build any of their jackets from any of their leathers, so finding something that works shouldn't be an issue. The Mister Freedom Campus jacket is an off-the-peg piece, so you wouldn't get any choice beyond the...

Fedora Lounge Motorcyclists: Safe Gear with a Vintage Vibe

I was in the Netherlands last week, and dropped by Biker Outfit, who're a major stockist of Rev'it gear. I spent a couple of hours trying bits on, and deciding what I'm going to get, but here are a few photos of things that I liked. This is the Rev'it Fargo. The body is brown goatskin, whilst...

Kingsman x Mister Freedom Leather Jacket

Mr Porter are selling those too. The blurb says that it's made in the UK, though it doesn't mention who the supplier is. I agree it's a great jacket, there are some really nice details in it. Unfortunately, there are only a few sizes left, so you might be out of luck.

Kingsman x Mister Freedom Leather Jacket

I agree with @high-maintenance that the new Kingsman film isn't as good as the first, but there are some great clothes in it. Pedro Pascal's character, Whiskey, got to rock what's probably the coolest piece, a black leather jacket. Turns out that this is a modified Mister Freedom Campus...

Experience with Blattwerk horsehide (Simmons Bilt)?

I met Debs and Steve from Simmons Bilt at the weekend. Debs told me that Will is no longer with the business, and alleged that he'd caused some serious problems with it. Basically, a number of people had joined what was then Alexander Leathers based on promises made. Things went south, the...

Looking at a couple possibilities...need some feedback (jacket).

How about a version of the Bates Flat Track jacket that I posted a couple of months ago? Start with an Aero Seven or Sheene, and go Vicenza in natural for the body, and blackened brown on the arms and collars. Or see if John Chapman will add a collar to his Café Racer pattern, and wait two...

    Something new at Good Wear?

@willyto John Chapman hasn't been keeping his website up to date. The best thing to do is click the Photos of New Jacket Productions link on the Good Wear home page, and trawl through the directories there. Here are links to a few of the civilian styles: Good Wear Cossack #1 and listing for...

    Something new at Good Wear?

John does several different half belts, a café racer, two Cossacks, and a Grizzly. He's got a decent range of civilian jackets, and they cover most of the bases. I just don't think that they're as common as his military pieces.

Pictures of Half Belts with no external chest pockets

This Abercrombie & Fitch utility jacket isn't a half belt, but it's from that period, and doesn't have a chest pocket either. I really like this one.

Photos of cool jackets owned by others (non-brand specific)

Aero Leather Dustbowl in battered horsehide, being picked up by a customer at Pickings and Parry in Melbourne, whose Instagram feed I stole the photo off. I was actually in the shop when this jacket was collected, and it looks good. Will be even better with some wear. Aero Leather J106 in...

Thronecast- Roose Boltons denim id ?

The zigzag stitching on the front is reminiscent of a Lee 101J riders jacket, but the pockets are more angular. This is Iron Heart's version, and Cultizm sell one by Lee.

Calling on all AERO "Happy Days" Jacket owners...

Pickings and Parry had a black Vicenza Premier Highwayman on display when I dropped by last week. The leather is definitely grainier than Chromexcel, although the black jacket in the comparison photo I posted above looked relatively smooth.
