You are welcome.
This is the photo of the first fitting last year. Now it looks much better after some wearing. Morten advised me 42, but I took 40 and I'm sure it's my size, fits nice.
Greg, I understand you, once I myself went through this. It was for one airshow 6 or 7 yars ago.
I also found vintage dress for my wife on eBay. Thank God it was not expensive, because she wore it once only.
Good luck, and do not forget to share later pics from Duxford here.
Brett, you should have tried 40L (I owned two with orange label, one still is and one I'm selling), that would be exactly right for you. They had almost the same torso as a regular, and the sleeves are much longer. But now I think you are unlikely to want this of course. Everything has its time.
Thank you, sometimes the air is transparent, and the glass is clean)))
I agree, this is an unusual mountain ... I heard that archeologists were looking for and even seemingly found the petrified ark (or rather, its remains). But in the end, it was not exactly what they expected.
As far as I've heard, russet must be ready this week. Perhaps there was some delay. Many here are waiting for this jacket , promises was generous...it's interesting to see what kind of jacket it will be.
This is lightweight jacket and it will be comfortable in warm weather.
It weight about 150- 200 grams less than my Eastman Star HH.
I wonder how much will be weight the ruset version.
If you are talking about the inside manufacturer stamp - then this is a very rare hat, keep it. Most of them were made at a factory in Tashkent, not in Leningrad. Given the year (1977) - rarity, this is the pre-Afghan era.
I also love and own one vintage M51 jacket. Very nice and comfortable.
