It most definitely is....the detail is amazing especially as small as it is (3/8"). Finding hats with their pins (other than the Stetson branding iron), and/or box/paperwork is a rarity...........and fun when you do.

I have a Stetson Store St Regis dated 1956 that looks a lot like yours but still has the 'Royal Deluxe" liner.....
Sometimes I see hats like this with later plain liners and wonder if they were replacements for liners that got soiled or foxed from sitting around in stock........I know they did...
