Received an Adam fedora today. Seller was completely "misleading" about the condition of the sweat band. The sweat band had dried out and is as stiff as a board. Plus, the sweat is badly misshapen due to major shrinkage. The hat is unwearable. I'm not even sure what size it's supposed to be...- GuitarGuy99

Hat price perception in an inflationary environment
Interesting thread. I've never had a custom made hat, but I was looking at Northwest Hats and their rabbit fur hats seem reasonable at $299.00. I'm not sure how much higher the price would go when you figure in shipping and taxes. Any ideas on how high the price could go for a rabbit felt fedora?- GuitarGuy99

Hello. Hope you all are having a good day. Here are a few pics of my Stetson Premier Whippet. I put a sloppy diamond type bash in it and lowered the crown a bit. The felt is soft and pliable. No steam necessary.- GuitarGuy99
