Thanks, Merv! I really appreciate the kind words. And yeah, lol...I understand the feeling. I got that way with watches recently, and then suddenly it hit me that I had nine wrist watches and only two wrists. So I quickly offloaded most of them on eBay. I really want to get to the point where I...
Thanks, I can definitely see someone rocking this jacket like a boss. And it's funny you should say that about a shawl collar, because a cossack jacket of some type is what's been percolating in my mind lately. I might drop by the Mister Freedom store in LA this week and try on their Campus...
Hello Everyone,
I posted about this brown/teacore/vegetable-tanned cowhide jacket (Thedi model MTC-1279406) back in September when I first received it from Thurston Brothers, so some of you may have seen it then. This was my dream leather jacket, and I think it's absolutely beautiful, but...
I called the guy that the Schott store recommended, and he told me that he'd have to shorten the sleeve zippers to make it happen. Like, literally destroy the Talon zippers. I whispered "thank you" and slowly hung up the phone.

I'll have to look into it. I dropped by the Schott store here in Los Angeles a few weeks ago, and when I mentioned the problem to the manager, he just told me to go have a tailor shorten the sleeves. That said, it's possible that the guy just works there, and doesn't really have an interest in...
The fit through the arms is perfect as far as I'm concerned, except for one thing...they're about 1.5 inches too long. I basically have tiny little Tyrannosaurus Rex arms. If I didn't, I wouldn't even consider selling this, and my hunt for the perfect leather jacket would probably come to an...
It was in the classifieds yesterday, so I'm sure you'll be able to come across it without too much trouble. Just look for a black horsehide Aero racer.
I'm just not a fan of this particular style, and yeah...it's a bit too tight. You should sell it and get something custom made from Aero. The pic I posted is a beautiful Aero that's currently for sale on here.
