Got a HatCo modern Royal Stetson Stratoliner as well as 2 Premiere Strats & an Excellent Strat.
The Royal Stetson stays in the box & always will until I give it away. I don't think you'll get much selling it, not a well done effort at all compared to Premiere & Excellent....
Lots of sunk costs in machinery, blocks, tools, etc. that need to get covered in addition to the labor & material costs of each hat....the artistry is tricky to price as well...JMHO

Mine is labeled 2 1/2" brim but it is 2 5/8 at least everywhere I measure it.
One thing with the Excellent, there is no Stratoliner markings except for a paper sticker. Once that is gone, this is another unmarked Strat/OR looking lid with no model denoted anywhere...lots of sweatband to...
I love the lighter-weight tartan over the alpaca, which I had Thurston Bros replace in my 50's HB.
The alpaca I had did itch a bit but it was tolerable since I used to reenact US Civil War 25 years ago & have an itchy wool tolerance from that.
Still very warm & less bulk to me. JMHO...
