awesome jacket! congrats! Im still toying with idea to sell my LW LT bcs of "wide" sleeves, but actually im kinda trying jacket, wearing from time to time and i started to like it somehow =) like it looks fiine, i just probably need to send it back to LW and maybe make sleeves shorter. Anyway...
Actually BiG is maybe older than SESF, and BY FAR older than SENY, and actually a better shop in my personal opinion. Staff is better, coffee is nice, and i like how they mixed denim stuff with some new and more modern clothes. The selection is good tho, Kapital, and some other brands. I'm...
i got one on top one bottom but on a next one i will place it exactly on the sleeve seam (so like umhm bottom and to the side) as i find it more logical "why cut a piece of leather if it's already been cut"? =)
yea, totally! I will, just was testing waters if it's even a nice idea to post here about this one. Might keep it, might not.
OBV if it will be a serious selling post i will do my best =) This jacket is awesome. i'm going to make 2nd one anyway in a smaller size.
More like a "testing waters" post.
I ordered this jacket few months ago. It's brand new (wore in like 3-4 times).
Sadly lost a lot of weight after order, and it seems stabilised now, so the jacket is too big =(
4oz HH,
Brown sateen lining,
Brown thread,
N10 Crown zip + #5 C&C (crown) zips...
Well, when i started i also fell to this "perfect" fit direction, and ended up with a very snug GW, and sold it after few years =) now i bought two new jackets: LW LT in 4oz HH, and FW Mulholland in brown hh, both of them are considered top tier, but point is i even bought them in different...
Thanks a lot mate!

Just received this jacket an hour ago!
Sorry for the mess in my room :) kinda was in a rush to share haha.
Been searching for this jacket for two years, they rarely produce Mulholland in brown, like once in 5 years or so. Was searching for a belt on some Japanese shop and boom... 5 days later...
YKK zippers are bad. I mean i had quite a few on my "fashion" stuff like Stone Island etc, and they always fails after few years. And my repro talons on Buco and GW survived 10+ years. and i never had a single issues with them. Sold those jackets, but i think there is few more decades to come...
i have #10 on mine. they seems build like tanks =) and yes it's + $250. But i like the idea what zips on my jacket costs like some hyped yeezy sneakers :)
i wore almost all my leather jackets to planes, some of them for 11+ hour long flights and had no issues. Buco, GW, Rainbow Country, recently a new lost worlds for 7 hours flight. I just throw them at hand luggage space and that's all.
Yes exactly! and i like it a looot! I mean if you do business you talk business, it is how it is.
But when i visited Stu, he was really willing to share a lot of stories about the hide, vintage jackets, etc etc. Was a very nice conversation.
yep! exactly! i mean, i had mccoys and some other japan made stuff, some US made as well, but it's just insane when you see a jacket made of THIS kind of leather AND actually better build.
It fully covers belt loops on the jeans. AND i wear my jeans kinda low. So the jacket is not short. But remember- i sized up.
Edit: I mean, from this pic it's hard to tell, because my t-shirt is long and jeans are high rise, some special modern cut, and not intended to wear with this jacket =)...
Thanks a lot! HAHA, i was assuming almost the same! But turns out it's a really working place, a lot of stuff, everything is busy, like if you ever been at brian the bootmaker place in LA - looks the same. The place where the man does his job and some magic happens=) but actually i still wonder...
