I've been getting hit on a lot recently. I blame this new "catcall" culture we're starting to have. And it seems to happen more when I wear something vintage style. Everything from "Will you be my teacher!" to "Hey Baby!" I'm actually kinda invisible when I wear skinny jeans and a T.
Everyone insists I am "rockabilly" and I only listen to "rockabilly" music. While it is one of the many things I like, it's not the center of my life. I dress more late 30s than anything else. Must be the tattoos (which are all 20s-30s themed, btw). lol
Thank you! I love sewing! I stopped because I gained 30 lbs and no standard vintage patterns that I had fit me. I put the needles away for about a year :( But I shed the weight and I've been sewing like crazy this year! I only post the 30s-40s stuff in here, but I sew the entire century...

There is a shop stamp on the...

Every color but brown. A Cyndi Lauper obsession when I was 9 got me to dye my hair bright orange! I remember I went to school and my teacher screamed lol Been flying my freak flag ever since.
My favorite will always be:
"I thought you were religious until I saw your tattoos."
"Religious" = Amish.
Other than this, I just seem to get the same "Grease" comments over and over. I wear 30s, early 40s, and late 60s, early 70s. None of which resemble Grease, but I always take it...
