    What Was The Last Movie You Watched?

    Finally saw all of Where Danger Lives earlier this morning on TCM’s Noir Alley. As per usual, I enjoyed Robert Mitchum’s work but it was the performance of Claude Rains which stole the show for me. An entertaining story and some nice cinematography made it a nice way to start the day. :D

    Who Did You Just See Live?

    The Reverend Horton Heat with Jason D. Williams and Dale Watson earlier this week. Wow! I have seen the Rev and Watson numerous times but Williams took the show to another level. Insanely phenomenal show! One of the best in memory. I cannot wait to see them all together again. :D

    Just found out that they were in my neck of the woods in late February opening for the Surfrajettes. Had plans to see them but I sadly didn’t. :D

    Early in my short lived off and on career in construction, I was taught the proper way to coil extension cords so as they would not become knotted up and would still be easily undone. I was pretty happy to share that knowledge with anyone who had an extension cord twenty feet or more in length. :D

    Last week, the mother of one of my students came out to the school and made us tacos. They were magical! She kept making them and we kept eating them until we slipped into food comas. It was a wonderful day! :D

    Stumbled across Columbo on the Great American Family channel during Christmas break. I remember it from my childhood but as an adult I find it to be much better. Smartly done; I really like it. I have spent most of this weekend watching it or at least having it in the background. :D
