Windward - Vintage brown HH after 1 month. . . pics
After wearing my Bentley Windward almost daily for 1 month it looks like this:
Hope you like it ...and if you missed ...here's the link when it was brand new...
Like the fit too - its not a military jacket and the casual look is best for a "sport-utility-jacket" - its a jacket not a shirt. The pic in sunlight shows the beautiful brown colo(u)r. Its very exciting to see how a jacket looks after good wear. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for sharing Gancho! Looks great and fits you very well - my first Windward was also made of Vintage Black FQHH - first choice and love it!
BTW: This is YOUR jacket style but also like your A2 in brown FQHH as well.
Wear it in good health.
Hi sshack - I can confirm you that the satin lining is very nice smooth and love it - surely last along time - the Navy Jacket M422a got this lining because of the long last time.
And yes its easy to slip in and out . . .would be a good choice.
Atticus - you look real smart in your jacket! With Ray Ban and Jeep Wrangler is a great combination of style and fun...!
Love it because its just my style!
BTW: If you wear a 48 in military jackets - like me - it must be a 44" in civilian jacket so you are in good shape - everyone can...
Hi Bonneville - yes I have fairly broad shoulders BUT I am not very tall with 5 ft 10" (178 cm)
My Windwards are size 46" with front lenght 22" to cover my belt completly!!!
back lenght 24" = 61 cm / shoulder 22" = 56 cm / pit to pit 27" = 68,5 cm / sleeves 26" = 66cm
My wife is my...
And here's my favorite ... brown FQHH Horsehide Windward ...
In this pic I am smiling like Dav . . .because you see me on my "second job": Doorman :-)
and not to forget my Bentley Windward in vintage brown FQHH for arctic climates:
2 AERO Windward jackets - "Morgan" Windward in standard brown FQHH with od green gabardine lining and "Bentley" Windward in vintage brown FQHH with shearling lining to survive the cruel winter.
captaincaveman1 - want to answer the question what draws me more than once to the AERO Windward: I've tried and owned many different jacket types mostly longer jackets but since I jump into my first (used) Windward jacket I felt so exciting. My wife looked at me and said: Babe, this is exactly...
Welcome Steve to one of the finest lounge. Merry Christmas to you - and good luck and health for your family and unit!
I like to share our/your obsession and have to admit I also have had many "problems" to designing the "perfect leather jacket"!
