Sounds like a class action suit against the water company for deceptive trade practices for selling regular water as distilled! Seriously, that stinks. I've never had that happen. -

+1. Shower is probably ok but after trying both methods I prefer the spray bottle of distilled water. No risk of discoloration from mineral deposits from shower and less of a risk of shrinking the felt. -

Man it is the nicest felt on a Strat that I have ever handled bar none. And I have wanted a green Strat forever. I can make most 7 1/8 vintage Stetsons work for me. I haven't given up on it but I haven't figured out how to shrink my noggin quite yet! BTW - I LOVE that green Borsalino you... -
