Your Hercules was one of the jackets I thought of when I received the jacket but now that you mention it the sleeves and belt clasp look very similar to the ones on the Californian.
Hey guys, I recently picked up this unlabelled half belt and wanted to ask for some help dating and identifying the maker. The leather is very light and pliable (typical of vintage jackets). To me it looks like a 50s Sears Hercules but the sleeves are a bit different. Let me know what you think...

Two seem to be in decent condition (top left, bottom right). The bottom right aviator is insanely cool.
Maybe I'm picky but there are a lot of flaky bits around the shoulders that may be cracking leather (doesn't show up super clearly in the photos). Also I've been conditioning it with Lexol + Urad so it definitely looks better now than when I got it.
I was also thinking 40s/50s due to the arm...
Finally got the chance to snap some pics of the unlabelled half belt. Great quality hide but not in the best condition. How old do you guys think it is based on the style? (no zip pics because I think it's a replacement).
