    Ron, I have made several with a 3 1/2" brim, they look good on each person that wore them, sometimes the 3 1/2" brim doesn't look right on some people and they need a 4", it all has to do with you face, height and shoulder width. Most people do seem to bring the front of the Gus crease down...

    The hat band was custom made by a guy in Memphis, he can fix you up with what ever you need in leather, matter of fact he showed me how to do the lacing, he did about have of it, and let me to the other half. Major Moore
