Not a gun shot (pun intended), but evidence of farm house laundry where I forgot to check all the pockets before the wash:

    Out your front door.

Father in law got my wife a flag pole, Titan, for her birthday slash housewarming gift in 2019. 200 pounds of concrete, 20 lbs of pea gravel, one 28 inch deep hole, and it is finally installed. Ontario provincial flag flying proudly!

We had five pine trees die because a rapidly growing vine crept up them and essentially cut off the sun. I am now trying to eradicate the vines, but they root and spread under ground. I find the shoots and pull them out, only to have more show up!

So trivial, yet it really ticks you off.

In Canada, lawyers are formally barristers and solicitors, so I always jokingly fake being offended by those no solicitors signs, announcing I am there in my capacity as barrister. No one ever gets the joke. I probably need to get out more...

Youngest daughter away at my sister's, asked our eldest to pick. Chose Four Weddings and a Funeral. Fun throwaway, but I had forgotten what an awful person Andie McDowell's character is, and why I could never understand why Hugh Grant's character would want to touch her.
