What is the best Beret Manufacturer?
There really are just two manufacturers left in Europe that make all the Berets that you see today. There is one on France and one in Spain. The Spanish manufacturer is more consistent while the French company was reorganized and is now making berets again. -

It seems the brands was made for Harry Levinson. Im sure the quality was on par with most of the finer hats of the day. The hat was probably made in Danbury . -
