Yes of course! Not sure who you emailed, but I haven't received one. Email me at holly@aeroleatherclothing and let me know who you are, and what your situation was/outcome of your refund attempts and I'll help you get started.

Your right, we've never increased our prices in order with inflation, we've always kept them as low as we possibly can.
Not sure if this will help you Asienizen, but remember when you place your order with us at Aero there is no charge made until your jacket is ready to be shipped, currently...
I've asked about this, and have been told the reasons that for the last few years we've used Australian Sheepskin now is that we used to use Fenland, their skins were no better than the Australian sheep and the bigger Aussie skins give far less wastage the UK skins.
Sigh.... I've already discussed this as much as is necessary, and put forward our reasoning for our pricing structure and explained it's not extra profit.
We source our sheepskin from Australia. I'm not involved in the sourcing of suppliers, so I couldn't comment here to be honest.
The bottom line is the improving economy in China means they now have the money to buy these luxury items in mass numbers, hence their companies buying up the...
I also linked to this story on our facebook page to alert our customers to this. We didn't want to post it ourselves on Fedora Lounge, as it is not really our place to bring up topics here, and we don't want anyone to think we are using FL to drum up buisness.
If we were trying to slip this...
As far as we can remember we threw a very expensive London Law firm at them and they desisted. Ditto when there were issues with Eastman and Lewis. That's really the only solution. Sadly we found that there is no other way to put a stop to brand infringement, a polite phone call never did do much.
I've asked about this jacket as I was unsure myself, and I'm told "Looks like one from a Japanese order from about 10 years ago maybe. Possibly a sample from Slapshot's UK agents stock? Hard to be sure but it IS an Aero"
Hope this helps!
Hi Fab, we added the B-10 to our website for sale today. As I explained, we're selling it as a jacket to wear in bad weather, as you've explained it's very warm, rather than an accurate reproduction B-10, for this we are still selling our own B-10. Glad you agree and are happy with your jacket :)
You're right, Aero NEVER put Sam Walker labels in the jackets we sold to them. Any jacket bearing a Sam Walker label was NOT made by Aero, this is 100% fact.
John, my dad says you were highly instrumental in the birth of Aero, he say's in a way you talked him into starting Aero! You must have...
Boom, boom. Hopefully not, but increase in demand results in increase of price for raw materials, which I'm afraid will result in an increased price on sheepskins as we get them, otherwise we'll no longer be able to offer them. We'll continue to make them for as long as is financially possible...
The two models offered online for immediate delivery ARE available from stock but without any modifications, obviously, as they are already made although we could shorten the sleeves if required.
Some of these jackets were still being finished on Thursday morning when I put the listing up...
Very few AVG volunteers wore A-2s. The only donated flying clothing came from the US Navy so most wore M422 variations. One or two brought their own A-2s to China but there were more civilian jackets used by the group than A-2s.
Hi Joakim, your jacket is from around 1984. There's a bit more info on these early A-2s on this product description on our website - http://www.aeroleatherclothing.com/product-detail.php?id=784
These would be from the first 50 to 100 Aero A-2s ever made.

Whether you believe what I've repeatedly told you or not, we are not 'just keeping' VAT. As I have explained as we have a small percentage of sales in the UK we reduce the VAT rate from our profit margin/costs for sales here in order to keep our prices competitive and at an affordable price to...
With retail technically VAT is NOT paid by the buyer although a portion of the price paid 15%/17.5%/20% has to be paid to HM Customs by Aero regardless if we allow extra in the price to cover it or pay it ourselves,It's yet another tax in this already heavily taxed country no different than any...
