We posted this to alert his customers to the situation, as it was becoming clear he wasn't contacting everyone himself, and we had no contact details for some customers, such as yourself, which is why you hadn't heard from us until we received your email this morning.

Afraid so. There are some who've only paid $300 or so for a deposit, but some customers who've ordered multiple jackets and are closer to the region of $2000.
There certainly doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason in it, but out of around 80 customers in the same boat, only a relatively small number post on here.
Only a minority seem to be FL members Worf, it appears obvious now that at least some of the members here got preferential treatment. I'd also like to echo the advice in the other thread, and urge anyone in this situation to join the growing ranks who have filed a complain with U.S. Attorney...

Mark was an official stockist of Aero, in that he bought from us to re-sell. As he only ever intended to sell Aero jackets, and no other brands we allowed him to use the name, in the same way Aero Japan do. He should never have been describing himself as an agent, or rep for us, in fact there...
