Knox Vagabond new pictures...
Astounding Acquisition! feltfan is correct. That sweatband is shot. The best thing to do is remove it and store it in a ziplok bag before it deteriorates any further. A new sweatband can be installed by any reputable hatter and need not affect the fit of the hat if you have the hat cleaned and... -

Why are you selling off all your precious collections?
As far as vintage hats are concerned, I find that swaps/trades are as liberating as selling. And... the trade doesn't necessarily have to be a hat(s) for a hat(s). The same goes for books, clothing, fishing tackle, firearms, etc. It's all good.- carter

New Optimo from Panama Hats Direct. 2 1/2" backwoven brim. 4 1/2" crown. This one cost me $20.45 + $19.95 S&H. And.... I now have a boatload of cancelled Ecuadorian stamps!
