I am from Toronto and did pick up all my Himle jackets in person from Dave.
I can testify that this jacket is fantastic and the ONLY reason I sold it, at a considerable loss, is because I was looking for a nirvana fit. And I did achieve this with my second black Kensington.
A deal like this...
I had this Comipel leather when I had Aero make me a half belt. Just lovely leather in every category. Great smell, fantastic luxurious feel. A top end leather.

Bad smells and cracked leather.
Cracked leather anywhere on the jacket is a deal breaker. Bad smells from the liner if all else is excellent can be worked with sometimes.
Your Kensington is gorgeous and would still be with me except for the lack of perfect fit I achieved with the remake.

I never was one to pay attention to stitching. This thread got me interested and since I have owned three Himel's, I just checked my brown oil tanned Kensington. The stitching looks good to my eyes.
