Noted! Greg is in his own niche bubble and I'm curious to see how his business practice will evolve over the years. The long wait will be a struggle for some but it's worth it. My journey is still pretty limited but it's been educational so far, atleast now I know what I want in a jacket in...
AWesome review, and nice touch on the side by side comparison of different makers take on a D pocket. Love the details on your FL jacket! Thanks for sharing!
I normally don't wear my boots for work so I wear them as much as I can when I can as well. I wear them hiking even though they are not fully broken in and I suffer from it but oh well might as well start the process.
I generally like boots that are easy to maintain and have less of a real...
Goodluck with the deerskin CXL order! That will be interesting to see! Hope to see it soon!
No throat latch as I would never use it but maybe it would be nice to have as a counter balance with the bottom hem snap. Yes, that was the blue print and I just asked them to alter to my preferences (no...
Thanks @Riu it's been too hot this last month for jackets but I'll put it to good use for sure!
Thanks @Benny Holiday, Greg definitely has my preferred measurements by now and always always delivers!
Thanks @MrProper i think so too! I can't imagine wearing something like this a year ago but...
Yes it did! I went full trim mode like @JustinW recent cross zip, I was a little worried at first but it's better than I hoped it would fit. Go for it lol Greg can source you with either request! This is my first real MC jacket so the collar and lapel is plenty big for me but I get what you mean...
I can imagine what you mean there especially for folks like you who lift a lot. I love Japanese denim jackets but i also have that issue with the length lol Well I'm sure they would indulge you and help get you that ideal fit we all desire.
THanks @marker2037 ! Hope you get yours soon!
Thanks @Marc mndt. The fit gets better each time! I think i didn't fold the collar well enough or maybe it's just too new or maybe the tip of the mouton collar should be elongated
That looks so good, congrats man!
Happy birthday @marker2037...
I don't know now too lol maybe depends on which boot I wear! Thanks man!
Thanks @Marc mndt cant wait to see your jacket when Greg gets to it. The back design is clean and classic looking, Greg did a wonderful job san usual.
Thanks, Greg is just an artist! It's trim but I can zip it all the way...
Thanks @Tom71. It's definitely my kind of brown shade and my kind of fit! Can't wait to see the remake of your black badalassi with YKK zips.
I wanted to try and own a military leather jacket that suits me.
I used to like the US issued jackets myself, I tried different versions...
Indeed! The thickest horse butt I've handled and the hand dyeing technique is just outstanding
Truman Maryam Horsebutt before and after a 12 mile hike.
If my method of weighing the jacket using one of those baggage weighing scale is to be trusted then it's 3.8 pounds without the mouton collar. It does have a midweight wool tartan lining and satin sleeves for whatever that's worth in terms of weight.
Thanks man! I don't know but maybe one of...
