If you're looking for inspiration, Himel Bros made a minimalist café racer with no pockets a few weeks ago. I really like this design.

I like the charcoal model that's currently on preorder.
The nicest design they do (or did) is the Derelict, which is a lot cleaner than other shirts.
I quite like leather shirts, but I think that the chest pockets tend to look a bit awkward. Acne Studios deleted them on one of their designs. I like the basic idea, though the fit is terrible...
