    Certainly a possability. The only time I've had to pay customs was years ago when I kept buying stuff off Rakuten and FedEx asked for payment on delivery. So far that has been my only experience paying a duty. My jacket was dropped off over a month ago and no bill so far.

    Sounds like you're slightly taller and leaner. My chest is more around 39" with a 31/32" waist. If you can find this particular model of jacket I'd still probably recommend the 38. You'd really be running into problems with the body and sleeve length of the jacket if you sized down. But...
