Its not every day that one finds an ancient Stetson in fantastic condition with its original box from one's own home town. Many thanks to @TheOldFashioned for pointing this treasure out. Can't thank you enough!

It hasn't left a mark yet. Those are among the first replacement sweatbands Bob offered years back. He claims they are just calf leather with an ostrich hide pattern.
