Random question: am I the only one here that prefers zip pulls that don't dangle and jangle about? Like the ones on jeans that lock in place, and make no sound.
I also hate snaps that are designed with that annoying rattling sound when they're not fastened. (Yes, I know a tiny dab of silicone...
I always wondered if the centre back seam dug into the spine when sitting in a car? I agree that something needs doing to tailor in the lower back for OP, as that isn't a flattering look.
By the way, if you lift weights the circumference around the chest will likely increase a few inches...
In principal I really like the characteristics of goat, just not the fact it usually seems to end up with a plastic top coat, even when dyed through. The Thedi goat sounds like a winner.
Lapels broader than the collar? Not something I'm used to seeing, but have now seen it on 3 jackets here in as many days. It creates an odd balance.
That Bates jacket looked lovely, by the way.
Same here- I can't wear high rise jeans. My inside leg (31) is short next to my height, and combined with a big ass, I get the diaper effect, where there's soo much material in the front. The jeans I wear are Levi's 541s, which have the same height in the rear as high rise jeans, but a regular...

After a decade living is Asia, there were few items of clothing I managed to buy there that fit me, that aren't tailor made or adjusted to fit. I'm not massive by any stretch of the imagination in the West, but at 6'1 and a muscular 225ish, I basically couldn't buy anything outside of a few...
I figured the lack of skivving had something to do with the pocket show-through you get from internal pockets and around external pockets on Aero's. I don't mind the show through, but I presume they're linked.
I love the look of zips...
Might get a buttoned jacket one day, though.
Plus, there has to be some way of attaching the zips AFTER washing, though that means washing before construction is finished.
