For me it seems to be available on any photo of a person up close—the button appears top left. Which is handy because sometimes the blurring really adds to a photo but sometimes it doesn’t look good. -

I discovered that you can toggle the portrait mode on and off your photos-in case you hadn’t seen that feature. Just tap the button that says Portrait. Perhaps my favorite of your hats. ;) David
