    What do you mean by shoulder CAP? And it was mentioned before that the primier is even more tight fitting than the 1930s halft belt. And btw the this is the measuremetns of my current Maxwell P2P=24 Hem=22 Shoulder=20 back lenght and arm lenght 26 Show I dont think i has to do with chest size...
