@Shelbyone I actually quite like the look of these, except for the non-rolled top-- despicable. Original Chippewa engineer boots had a rolled top and it just looks flimsy and sloppy not to include it. But thanks so much for the pics, I might actually pick up a pair in black someday.
Both are VERY welcome. I'm curious to see how the patina develops but also how the fit changes with wear. No hurry, as you see in the post I have plenty of time!
As the title says, if you've got a Logan's Closet (Vanson) X1 or X2 in either size 38 or size 40 that you want to unload, I'd be more than happy to take the beast off your hands.
Preferably for a price between 400-550 USD plus shipment to the Netherlands.
That is one STUNNER of a jacket! Well done!
I gotta ask though, what's up with the fad of all these 'Ridley' 'no-epaulette' J106 jackets? Basically all jackets I see on the Thurston Bros. Instagram account are the 'Ridley J106'. When you've got a jacket style that's all bells-and-whistles, why...
To each his own! In my opinion, boots are made for wearing and kicking butt. They're not made to look clean and sit in your closet all the time, that's what dress shoes are for.
