When I look at the B1 and B2, they seem very similar, other than it looks like the B2 has a mouton windflap? Does the B2 not have any sheepskin, just mouton and the B1 is all sheepskin on the inside?
You should open your own museum.
That B1 looks really nice. The thing I like about the ANJ4 is that the windflap is small and not very noticeable. I love my b3/anj4 cross, but Id like something with a small windflap too.
Iver ordered from the Aero factory in Scottland twice and had a jacket previous jacket significantly altered by them as well. They have been within their estimated delivery times within 1 week. Their customer service is amazing and they are happy to constantly update you with a status. The...
Im not a LW fan, as Ive found them a bit difficult to deal with and Id much rather order from the Aero factory where I can customize all that I want, but LW at one point had some pretty thick buffalo from what I saw on their website.
Two completely separate topics. My Jackets are used for work and casual wear that I had Aero make. I have since been promoted (mid 2009) and now only need the jackets for casual wear as all my work is done in conference rooms and my home office. This jacket is for hiking and camping. I...
The cut and the length are the cheyenne. The style is highwayman. I had them shorten the cheyenne a little bit as a size 50 was far to long for me standing only 5'9".
I like the look of the grey...but the red and black would be really handy for being seen during hunting season...its not quite blaze orange, but I think it would do with an orange hat to top it off.
Ive thought about the Canad Goose jackets, but they are just out of my price range. I cant justify spending $600 - $800 US on a down jacket (as much as Ive thought about it) I would spend $200 - $300 on mountain hardware or North Face, but I dont trust them to hold up.
If I went with down...
Id be using mine for hiking, camping, chopping wood, walking the dog in the winter. Temps from 5F - 25F. I would actually prefer a really high fill down jacket because they are so light, but they just rip so easy. I have a nice N3B jacket, which is nice and light weight and rugged, but a...
Man...I found the plaid on sale for around 340...but that grey is really nice too. I wish I could see it in person. I was hoping I saw the ad from a local store, but it must have been online.
I know that I saw a wool coat that looks like a wool mackinaw red/black plaid with a shaw type shearling collar. I saw it in an add or catalog from one of the smaller clothiers around, but I cannot remember who!
Any ideas??
