Hey, that is an amazing A2 and the patina is awesome.
I think that the oilpull AERO handle tody is different from yours. Since some customers have had problems with the fading they bought a different oilpull, I guess. The one you see in me picture looks more shiny in the surface.
Hello leather lovers,
I´m in the same ugly situation :eusa_doh: to choose the type of leather for my new jacket. Already owning two Aero´s in brown hfqhh and one in vintage black hfqhh, I looked for the seal jerky hh or the brown oilpull. See a picture of the samples I got from Aero. the...
Hi and welcome to this marvellous place.
from my point of view the sleeves are a little bit to short, even when the sleeves get more creases. you need an inch more in the lenght. with hot water treadment you could not reach that extension. What a pitty, the jacket looks brilliant.
I bought my...
Hi Saucerfiend,
yeah, Goodwear did a great job and I like your AERO Stewart too. Seemed that you did a fantastic shopping tour.
But from my point of view these jacket are so beautiful that they need better photos!
Regards
Olli
good evening,
it means that they cut, for example, a regular 42. when they stitch the jacket, they make tighter turns at the seams. So the jacket become a little bit bigger.
Cheers
Olli
Tito,
thank your for these nice photo´s. You live at an amazing place together with a beautiful "family". I love dogs (woman, too:o), i had have a Dobbermann a long time ago. he was always all day with me. still miss him!
warm regards from too cold Bremen

Hector, i know exactly how you feel. my feeling says that my cafe racer could be a little bit smaler. mine got the big bi swing back that is more roomy:
The more i wear it i come to the result that it fits perfect. that is a heavy thick jacket and if it is trimmer i will be totally...
Hi Tito,
is it in Spain already warm enough to wear an A2? If so, I will come over:D
I had have a pair of these:

The quality was top! But for through my modern influenced eyes it looked a little bit strange when I wear these trousers...
Hi Tito,
fabulous picture. I like their "pink" trousers too. A while ago I had one of Easman´s trousers in my hand. Perfect, but to hight for me. With my long legs it looks a little bit funny, from my point of view.
Nice prospect that the weather for A2´s is near.
Many regards and thank you...
Seawolf,
sorry but I did not know how many inches are added to the body and to the sleeves. In 2009 I visited AERO and Will took my measurement. So I only specify the jacket, but not the size. I specially asked for the 30´s pattern, because I love trim jackets. If you also prefer a trim...
Seawolf,
see the pictures of Andy´s LHB 50´s:
And see my LHB 30´s:
I hope the pictures show the difference of the pattern. My one has in addition slim down sleeves. It depense on your frame. The 30´s pattern is only wearable when you are slender.
Hope that helps
Olli
Hi Seawolf,
I agree with jan. Go for the inside pockets in the facing. Ask them to make these pockets not so deep. Otherwise you will have 3 pockets that lie on top of each other.
If you ogle with the 30´s pattern than consider that the jacket will be snug fitting. You will sense everything...
Top fit!!!
Highand dry, congratulation. That is the correct fit for such a jacket.
A 40 would be definitelly too roomy for you, from my point of view. I love trim fitting jackets!
When I ordered my first jacket a AERO their suggestion was a 44, but now, with some expirience, I go for a 42...
Hi Grinder,
I own an Aero B6 too. Mine also show some wear after a few month. Keep it as it is. That the way these jacket brake in and what, for me, make them nicer. After a time they will look like a jacket that was used in cockpit of a P51.
Ahoi
Olli
Very nice jacket!!! I´ve seen Jan´s jacket in real, so I know how it feels when you touch it.
The goat skin is so amazing that I too ordered a jacket made of these.
Wear it in good health
Olli
fishmeok, in every detail of the jacket I can see your pleasure in that what you did. The result is absolutelly beautiful.
Grettings to Minneapolis
Olli
