I'm pretty sure I'm going with Bone, myself - I've seen all three felts and the Bone and Silvermist are especially beautiful, but Bone speaks to me. That's the Whippet I've had inside my head for years.

I should also add that if someone has an Aero of another design with a bit of mileage (a Bootlegger, say - what a beautiful jacket) I'd certainly be open to considering it.

Well, after years of salivating over beautiful Aero jackets I think I'm finally ready to plunge in and buy my first. A new one is right out for me, price-wise, so I'm hoping to find one through the Lounge network. My preference would be for a Highwayman but I'd certainly look at a Half Belt...
Jay, would this be the same grade of leather and the same stitching and detail work as the final production jackets that came later? Is there a difference apart from the three piece back and the knits?
Thanks for posting it - that's definitely going to be a bit too small for me. I'm sad - she's a beauty, and it's not off by a mile, size-wise. But I just don't think trying to stretch old hats is a good idea.
