A stunner, Daniele. Have you measured it? If it's true to size rather than a Borsalino "smaller than advertised", I'd sure be interested if you ever decided to sell it.
Here's an interesting one. An old Flechet Baku straw, probably 60's. My first French hat, and while it has some obvious condition issues I can't complain for what I paid for it, as hard as vintage Bakus are to find. Never owned or even held a Baku before and it really is remarkably light -...
Hey there. Couple of quick questions on the 33 - what’s your height and weight, just so I can compare? What would you say is the optimum temp range that jacket is intended for?
Finally any idea what shipping to Japan would be?

I have several vintages, and the felt does feel different, no question. Even thought it’s a bit of a beater the felt in my 50s Borsalino is the nicest of the lot - incredibly soft and malleable while still holding a bash perfectly.
I’m just surprised your head doesn’t reject an Aussie hat like...

Thanks much. Ever hear any feedback on La Marqueza or Ecualama?
Those don't look bad at all, and his lower-grade Montecristis are quite reasonable. You don't know what grade is in the photos, of course...
Tukwila, are we still at the point where "What's the best value in a $100 Panama?" is a meaningless question? If you want something better than an entry-level Cuenca, you pretty much have to look at a Montecristi at $200 and up?
Im looking for a "lived in" Panama. Nothing billionaire quality or anything as this is going to be an everyday hat, but I would like to do a Montecristi this time - my Panamas have all been Cuenca (or Colombia) and I just want the Llano experience this time. I like my chances of finding...
Good morning, All. Just wondering if anyone has any insights on the current Mayser Panamas - specifically the Albenga. Overall build quality, fit, styling, whatever you got. Looking to bring in a new Panama and the Albenga is available online here in Japan - looks like a nice, very classic...
