    My wife abhors the smell of leather!!! I have to store my jackets out in the "shed!" If we get in the car together I have to wear the least "smelly" jacket (none of my jackets smell of anything but leather) - and then she will still complain.

    I have found that with steel toe boots you need to be careful of the vamp - the part of the shoe that fits just over the top of the your arch. If you have "tall" arch the edge of the steel cup will possibly bite into it. However you will probably not have much luck getting this measurement...
