Long but worth it. Yep, totally arbitrary with Barkeeps catching similar threads & consolidating. Understand the intent but sometimes they miss some, daunting task given number of rooms in this joint. Hatters could police their own Affiliate threads but they are hat gurus & not website gurus.
I...
Didn't say that at all. You pay to be an Affiliate like the hatters do & you get a Moon The Loon Official Affiliate Thread. Make a hat worthy of a Hall of Fame & maybe somebody will post a photo of the hat in both.
One is under control of the hatter & the other is not. Don't expect any hatter to stop free publicity of post into their Official Affiliate thread but that is the only 1 the hatter can post to for promoting models & services. The Hall of Fame is forum members posting what they want about the...
One is Art's Official affiliate thread which he has a right to by paying those dues as a hatter & the other is Hall of Fame started by general membership to praise his work.
Not sure what you mean by get lost in old threads but looks like the barkeeps pull stuff forward when the same topic is...

Tip of my hat to you Mr. Brandstetter! To me, your work was complete with the TRUE reintroduction of THE Stratoliner but you went even further with 150th Royal DeLuxe Open Crown Open Road. You hoisted 2 hat industry icons back on the pedestals they deserve & for that you always have my gratitude.
Yep, every single day. I have a barn hat, Akubra Boss of the Plains (looks like Jimmy Stewart's cowboy hat), used to feed horses & muck out stalls plus any tractor/bushhog/fencework chores. Then I have a "go-to" hat to wear into town or where I'll run into "citizens", basically an Open Road...
