    I've come close to ordering this exact sweater a few times. Very curious as to your thoughts once it arrives. I also considered the Commando sweater from LL Bean and the shooting sweater from Paul James knitwear amongst others...perhaps next winter will be the right time.

    Jin I love the color on these @Marc mndt did you get the Silvano Sassetti chukkas? If so, how do you like them? Trying to take better pics of everything...here is one of my Allen Edmonds Normandy boots. My go-to for wet or dirty days, or to pair with military style garb if I'm in the mood

    Thanks! I agree it does look big from the front and feel like it will settle down once some of the stiffness is knocked out of it. Really reminds me of my 21 oz denim jacket which was like cardboard on delivery. I suppose only time will tell but I'm optimistic!

    Langlitz Columbia finally arrived today! First impression- they nailed it! I’ll have to figure out where I like the waist laces, but other than that it just needs some use and abuse. Leather is quite stiff and so are the zippers. Movement is easy due to the sorta oversized top end...

    Today’s warmest temp was at 12:01 am and it is getting steadily colder. Tomorrow gonna be something heh. Relatively recent issue M-65 field jacket today. Tomorrow….who knows!

    Also Scott did underpromise / overdeliver once I got all the order details straight. His first estimate was ship by end of January and every update after that was faster
