@3.14nche Yeah the back looks like it developed more than the front. I went with brown CXFQHH. How functional would you say is the back gusset now that you wore it for a year? How's the mobility in general? Arms forward, arms up?- TartuWolf

@3.14nche Looks awesome both new and now. Does not look that much different to be honest. Mainly sleeve creasing. Also looks like the sleeves narrowed down a bit, don't look like pipes anymore. How has the feel changed? Did the leather soften up, become more comfortable, mold to your body...- TartuWolf

Question from a newbie: Why are Schott jackets not liked on such an authoritative resource as Fedora? Is it related to quality/design? Or with both?
From my perspective part of the reason why people like me have a distaste for Schott is the confusion between the "real" US made high quality Schott and the EU made (maybe not made in EU, but for EU market?) overpriced garbage.- TartuWolf

caring for natural leather
I might be wrong, but seems like treating dedicated rugged and most likely heavily pigmented practical riding gear and rather delicate unfinished/natural veg tan leather in the same way might not be the best idea.- TartuWolf

Did the Price of Aero Jackets go Down?
Yeah I'm a bit sad that I didn't order two Aero jackets instead of one during the sale. ~590 sale price vs ~770 now. It was a fantastic chance to get an Aero, even if you do end up sending it back or selling it.- TartuWolf

@CombatWombat Fair enough, in terms of pure breathability goatskin probably wins over horsehide due to slightly looser grain, which makes it more usable in warm weather. @CombatWombat I've got the impression that the leather itself doesn't have much affect on the warmth of the jacket, almost all of the it comes from the lining. On the other hand if the leather is stiff and you're kind of fighting it all the time then I suppose you do work up a sweat much more...- TartuWolf

Oh my, it looks fantastic fully zipped up! Now I'm even more convinced that the fit is stellar. I also think that the sleeves will crease and shorten. Looks very nice. Some fit pics zipped up please! I remember you mentioned that you asked to increase the length but keep the pockets where they are - I guess that was the mistake. Looks awesome. If I were to go for a custom one I'd spec slightly narrower shoulders and slightly shorter sleeves. And a bit more in the chest and waist if you say it feels tight.
