The short sleeves are typical on TFH jackets, mine is the same. They don’t bother me being this length, I’d prefer that over a sleeve that constantly presses into my wrist. Don’t overthink it, it looks great!- ProteinNerd

Both are made to a very high quality Both are made with very nice leather Both cost a significant amount of money with the ELMC being about 30% less from what I can find. I remember when he first got the jacket he had been to Aero and Ken had told him/convinced him the jacket should be really short to be period correct....I think it was just a case of buyers remorse a few months later and it was shorter than he really wanted so he came up with the whole...- ProteinNerd

Aero Cafe Racer - Keeper? ( Fit Pics)
Yeah I can't stand a sleeve that is constantly pressing into my wrist... As for the fit, the standard Aero CR is a tough fit "as is". The taper is pretty extreme even for me and I have a 9 or 10 inch drop (ie 41" chest with 31/32" waist) depending on how many donuts I've eaten recently...- ProteinNerd
