If you're used to lot of heat, with 40 degrees C and more, then you feel 8-12 degrees C veeeery cold!

I love short jackets and 22,5 " back lenght isn't too short for me . it's exactly what I want with my jackets - sure it depends on your build and preferences - but 20,5" its more a bolero.
