Orphaned jacket from eBay. Found it in the modern section. Not sure of age and no tags of any kind to be found. I was told by Baron Kurtz it's possibly from the early '30s, which I agree with, in particular the narrow shoulders and very small button holes on the lapels, similar to another jacket...
It's a really small sized, but it has a great shape and pattern and would make a great template to copy!

At work, '30s tie and jacket, '50s shirt, '40s pants.
At a themed party, 1926 jacket, '20s tie, '30s pants
Visiting piano virtuoso Peter Mintun's house. '50s jacket, shirt and sweater, '20s tie and '40s swedish army pants.
The way the pants are styled you'd think they were from 1970.

If it does finally make clothing companies design higher waisted than the low low low no waist pants in general I'll be happy. Reminds me of when I met a designer at Paul Stuart last year, who bluntly told me that "high waisted pants are never coming back".
Listed as '50s but that high button stance says '30s to me.

Again, thanks a lot for the info! Was hoping they'd be older but I'm still happy with them, especially for the price I paid compared to what I'd have to pay for new shoes now!
