Never seen this Harris Tweed label and doubt if this is fake one.
Genuine--and rare! I think that's likely 1940s; the Orb came into general use in the 1950s, I think, after a trademark dispute. I have a short article on this on my FB page, waterhollowtweed; I'll post it here tomorrow. That's a nice find! -
