MALLORY FIFTEEN Duplex Edge
Plenty of wear and mileage on the Mallory but it’s the way I prefer them.
2 5/8” brim.
Ribbon and felt both have faded and developed their own unique patina and character. I like em like this.
BATES
Another recent orphan that’s been ridden hard and put up wet many times.
2 1/4” bound brim. No popped stitches on the unreeded sweat though. Could be a decent fedora with some cleaning up.
May have been used as an ash tray also.
At 7 1/8 too small for me. If you’d like to adopt this...
SKY CHAMP
Found this poor beat up orphan awhile back.
Not sure if this is a Champ or not. Champ did make a Sky Champ but the ads don’t look anything like this one.
Way too small for me at 7 1/8, pretty beat up, but pretty unique. Send me a PM if you’re interested in adopting him just cover...
L. W. Glaze custom hatter, Chicago IL
This is a lotta hat, full 3” welted brim, 6” open crown. Other than a few moth divots and a dark dusty “glaze” if you will from years in storage it’s pretty decent shape. I removed a lot of the dark dust with a naphtha sponge bath. Fits on the small side for...
One of the lightest weight fedoras I’ve ever had this 2 3/8” welted/mode edge Resistol. Almost too easy to crease, haven’t steamed it yet I’ll wait till next fall when it comes out again.
Kitten Finish Beaver 15
This slick little fold up booklet was originally attached to inside of the sweat...
Made a low offer and was accepted. Great felt on this 2 5/8” brim “Open Road” type Resistol. No paper tag info behind the sweat with a model/name info as per usual but was obviously made for Farm Bureau. Except for a small stain underside brim, pretty much mint condition.
Send me your mailing address in a PM. I’m sure I’ve got something in your size I can pass on to you. Be glad to help out a cash strapped 16 yr old gentleman just getting started.
