To me all signs point to this being a true gem. The leather and build looks distinctly Lost Worlds.
Here's a pair of "Evis" Evisu jeans sold at my local vintage store: https://denimister.com/evis-evisu-denim-jeans-size-31
My Lost Worlds Suburban in Classifieds has the same "Made in USA" label...
Sierra Motorcycle Jacket (in Europe) - 350 Euros (sz 40/42ish)
I think this may have been posted before but Ima post it again because the leather looks amazing...
For sale is a Lost Worlds Suburban. Selling because the shoulders are unfortunately too narrow for me. That being said, this is a really comfortable pattern. I've worn jackets with wider shoulders that have been more restrictive and uncomfortable ***(cough Aero).
The seller I got it from says...
That's a beauty, I especially like the foldable cuffs. Old Cresco jackets are so cool!
I wish modern repro makers would go for biswing backs on more of their stock models. They're authentic and make the jacket a lot more comfortable.
This jacket came in yesterday and I couldn't wait to snap some photos. In terms of leather quality, construction and overall condition it comes out far ahead of any vintage jacket I've handled (admittedly not that many).
Does anybody know why makers stopped making jackets with bi-swing arms?
Really glad that you're on the way to fully making the switch because I know for sure that if any cool vintage jacket ends up in your hands, we will get nice fit pics :)
